High Protein Caesar Chicken Tacos

Caesar Salad
romaine lettuce (washed, chopped)

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Season and cook chicken
Season chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Prepare cheese tortilla
Sprinkle fat free mozzarella and shredded Parmesan over the pan in a circle shape. Add cooked chicken and more cheese with Italian seasoning on top.
Bake cheese tortilla
Bake cheese for 20-25 minutes or until cheese becomes golden and hardens.
Make Caesar dressing
Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, Parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Assemble salad
Add dressing to romaine lettuce and toss to combine. Top with optional Parmesan if desired.
Assemble and serve
Once cheese tortilla cools, add Caesar salad to the tortilla and enjoy.
