Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

milk

cream

200 ml

sugar

pistachios

vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating

dark chocolate

coconut oil

20 g

chopped pistachios

Prepare pistachio paste

Blend pistachios with a little milk until smooth.

Make ice cream base

Heat milk, cream, sugar and vanilla until sugar dissolves, then cool.

Churn ice cream

Mix pistachio paste into cooled base and churn in ice cream maker.

Freeze in molds

Pour mixture into magnum molds, insert sticks and freeze until firm.

Prepare chocolate coating

Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then stir in chopped pistachios.

Remove frozen pops from molds, dip in chocolate coating and sprinkle with pistachios.
