Prepare the marinade

Mix all the marinade ingredients with the prawns and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Prepare the dry coating

In another bowl, combine all the dry coat ingredients.

Coat the prawns

Coat each marinated prawn evenly in the dry mixture.

Fry the prawns

Fry in hot oil until golden, crispy, and cooked through.

Prepare the glaze

In a separate pan, melt butter and add sriracha, honey, sweet chilli sauce, garlic granules, and parsley. Simmer for 1 minute.
