Instructions

Prepare paneer

Cut paneer into 2cm cubes and pat dry with paper towels.

Make crispy batter

Mix cornstarch, flour, and water to create a smooth, thick batter.

Coat paneer

Dip paneer cubes in the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.

Fry paneer

Heat oil in a pan and fry coated paneer until golden and crispy on all sides.

Prepare sticky sauce

In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger, then add soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.

Combine and coat

Add fried paneer back to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sticky sauce.

Reheat: Pan-fry 3-4 minutes or air fryer 180°C for 5 minutes
