mayonnaise

ketchup
0.25 cup
Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Boil and mash potatoes
Boil and mash the potatoes until smooth.
Mix potato mixture
Mix in the cornstarch, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes until well combined.
Form potato balls
Roll the mixture into small, even-sized balls.
Freeze potato balls
Place the potato balls in the freezer for 30 minutes to help them firm up.
Prepare dipping sauce
Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to make the dipping sauce.
Heat oil for frying
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry potato balls
Fry the potato balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Drain and serve
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with the homemade Cane’s-style dipping sauce.
