Gather and measure all ingredients. Ensure potatoes are boiled and cooled.

Mash the potatoes

Mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl until smooth with no large lumps remaining.

Add potato starch, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well to combine.
