Prepare the guava and chilli

Wash and finely chop the fresh guava. Deseed and finely mince the green chilli.

Mix the ice cream base

Place vanilla ice cream in a mixing bowl. Add chopped guava, minced chilli and optional sugar.

Freeze and serve

Transfer mixture to a container and freeze for 10 minutes to firm up. Scoop and serve immediately.
