Equipment
Ingredients
Main
shrimp (peeled, deveined)
400 g
pasta (dry)
300 g
olive oil
30 ml
garlic (minced)
4 cloves
cherry tomatoes (halved)
200 g
heavy cream
240 ml
parmesan cheese (grated)
50 g
red pepper flakes
1 tsp
fresh basil (chopped)
10 leaves

1 tsp
black pepper
0.5 tsp
Instructions
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
Sauté the shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Build the sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes, then pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Finish the sauce
Stir in parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and serve
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
