Prepare the marinade

Mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt in a bowl.

Marinate the paneer

Add paneer cubes to the marinade and gently coat. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Cook the paneer tikka

Heat pan and cook marinated paneer cubes on medium heat until golden and slightly charred on edges.

Prepare vegetables

Slice onion, cucumber and tomato for the filling.
