Assembly

Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Cut chicken into slider-sized pieces and marinate in buttermilk for tenderness.
Prepare the coating
Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for the crispy coating.
Coat the chicken
Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
Fry the chicken
Heat oil to 175°C and fry chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.
Make the chipotle honey glaze
Melt butter, add minced garlic, chipotle, and honey. Stir until combined.
Toss chicken in glaze
Toss fried chicken pieces in the warm chipotle honey glaze until well coated.
Assemble the sliders
Spread mayo and ketchup on buns, add glazed chicken, and serve immediately.
