Add cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender.

Gradually add oat flour and protein powder to the blended mixture and stir until smooth. Adjust flour amount for desired consistency.

Fold in dark chocolate chips and finish with a pinch of sea salt on top.
