Garlic Honey Chicken Strips
Crispy, sticky, sweet and spicy garlic-chili chicken strips that are absolutely addictive and far better than regular breaded strips.

Sauce
honey

sweet and sour sauce

soy sauce

Instructions
Prepare chicken strips
Cut chicken breast into thin strips, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare coating mixture
Crush corn flakes into coarse crumbs and mix with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried basil in a bowl.
Prepare egg wash
Whisk egg with sriracha in a separate bowl.
Coat chicken strips
Dip chicken strips first in egg wash, then coat thoroughly with the corn flake mixture.
Air fry chicken strips
Place coated strips in a single layer in the air fryer, spray with avocado oil, and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Prepare garlic honey sauce
Mix honey, sweet and sour sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, soy sauce, and chopped parsley in a pan. Heat gently until sauce becomes liquid.
Coat and serve
Toss the cooked chicken strips in the warm sauce and serve with your favorite dip.
