Prepare chicken strips

Cut chicken breast into thin strips, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare coating mixture

Crush corn flakes into coarse crumbs and mix with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried basil in a bowl.

Prepare egg wash

Whisk egg with sriracha in a separate bowl.

Dip chicken strips first in egg wash, then coat thoroughly with the corn flake mixture.

Place coated strips in a single layer in the air fryer, spray with avocado oil, and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
