Instructions
Prepare the dough
Mix flour, salt, water and olive oil in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.
Knead and rest the dough
Knead the dough for 3 minutes and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the kebab filling
Finely chop onion and garlic, then mix with ground meat and spices.
Cook the kebab filling
Fry the meat mixture in a pan until fully cooked and lightly browned.
Roll out the rotis
Divide dough into 4 equal balls and roll each into a thin circle.
Cook the rotis
Cook each roti on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Assemble and serve
Place kebab filling on each roti, fold or roll, and serve hot.
