Crispy Chicken Burger Folded Wrap

Instructions
Season chicken
Season the chicken breasts all over with garlic granules, onion granules, salt and pepper. Use any leftover seasoning to season the crushed cornflakes.
Bread chicken
Whisk half an egg. Dip chicken into the egg, shaking off excess, then coat in crushed cornflakes.
Cook chicken
Air fry at 185°C for 17 minutes, or bake at 190°C for 20-22 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Make burger sauce
Mix together lighter mayo, yellow mustard, reduced sugar ketchup, chopped gherkins and gherkin juice.
Assemble wraps
Slice each tortilla wrap halfway down the middle. Add shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, burger sauce, then cheesy slice.
Toast wraps
Fold wraps over. Place into hot pan cheese side down over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes, flip and cook 1 more minute.
