Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Dough & Topping
biscuit dough (refrigerated)

egg (whisked)
1 piece
parmesan cheese (grated)

salted butter (melted)

garlic (minced)

parsley (dried)

Instructions
Cook the beef filling
Cook ground beef on medium heat until browned, then add minced garlic and seasonings.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) for baking.
Prepare biscuit dough
Stretch each biscuit into a 12cm circle. Add 2 spoonfuls of seasoned beef, mozzarella, and a cube of cheddar in the center.
Form the bombs
Fold dough around filling and pinch edges tightly to seal. Shape into tight balls and let rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare for baking
Place seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake the cheeseburger bombs
Bake at 190°C for 15-18 minutes until deeply golden brown.
Finish and serve
Brush hot bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with more parmesan. Serve immediately.

Storage
Best served immediately. Reheat in oven to restore crispiness. Can be frozen before baking - add 5 extra minutes to bake time.
