Instructions
Prepare the chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub with 2 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
Marinate briefly
Let the seasoned chicken sit at room temperature for 10 minutes while oven preheats.
Preheat oven and bake
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Squeeze lemon juice over top if using.
Check doneness and rest
Bake until internal temperature reaches 75°C (use thermometer if available). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley.
Serve
Slice and serve hot with your favorite sides.
