Low Calorie High Protein Crispy Mozzarella Sticks

Instructions
Prepare mozzarella sticks
Cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks approximately 1 cm thick and 8 cm long.
Prepare breading station
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Coat the mozzarella sticks
Dip each mozzarella stick first in flour, then in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
Air fry the sticks
Place the coated sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil and air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while the cheese is still hot and stretchy.
