Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare the fruit juices

Combine orange and pomegranate juices in a large pot.

Heat the juice mixture

Heat the juice mixture over medium heat until it reaches 60°C.

Add pectin and sugar

Whisk pectin with 50g sugar, then add to the heated juice mixture.

Boil the mixture

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil while stirring continuously.

Continue cooking until the mixture reaches 105°C (jam setting point).

Add lemon juice

Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice.

Pour into prepared pan

Pour the hot mixture into a parchment-lined 20x20cm baking dish.

Cut the set mixture into 2.5cm squares using a sharp knife.

Coat with sugar

Roll each square in granulated sugar to coat completely.
