Instructions
Prep the fresh ingredients
Wash and slice the fruit. If using cheese or pickles, cut them into bite-size pieces.
Cook the eggs
Cook the eggs in a lightly oiled pan until set the way you like them, then season lightly with salt and pepper if available.
Assemble the bowl
Divide the yogurt between two bowls, top with the fruit, add the eggs on the side or on top, and finish with cheese or pickles if using.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Store the yogurt, fruit, and eggs separately in the refrigerator and assemble just before serving.
