Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Peel and quarter the onions, cut cabbage into wedges, and halve the potatoes.
Boil water
Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a rolling boil.
Cook vegetables
Add potatoes, corn, and cabbage wedges to the boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add onions and garlic
Add quartered onions and garlic cloves to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add seafood and sausage
Add shrimp and sausage slices to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
Make garlic butter sauce
Melt butter with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne in a pan.
Serve
Drain the boil, drizzle with garlic butter sauce, and serve immediately.
