bone-in lamb steaks (bone-in)
4 piece
olive oil
60 ml
garlic (minced)
4 clove
fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 tbsp
salt
1 tsp
ground black pepper
1 tsp
Instructions
Marinate the lamb steaks
Place lamb steaks in a single layer in a shallow dish. Cover with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Flip steaks to coat both sides.
Preheat the grill
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Grill the lamb steaks
Cook steaks on the preheated grill until nicely browned on the outside and slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side for medium.
Storage
Best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be refrigerated and used in salads or wraps.
Notes
• Marinating longer than 30 minutes (up to 4 hours) intensifies flavor
• Let steaks rest 5 minutes after grilling for juicier results
