Prepare the chicken

Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, combine honey, olive oil, minced garlic and chili flakes.

Heat a pan, add the seasoned tenders and cook until golden, then pour the glaze over and cook until sticky and cooked through.
