Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Dice onion and bell pepper, measure all seasonings and prepare chicken.
Season the chicken
Cut chicken breasts into strips and season with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, and old bay seasoning.
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Cook the chicken
Heat oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
Sauté vegetables
In the same pan, add diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Make the creamy sauce
Add diced tomatoes, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, chicken bouillon, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir until cream cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Combine pasta and sauce
Add cooked pasta to the sauce along with parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well coated.
Serve
Serve immediately while hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
