Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Dice onion, mince garlic, shred cheese, and chop cilantro for the sauce.
Make cilantro lime sauce
Mix sour cream with chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
Cook the beef filling
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic, then add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
Fry taco shells
Heat oil and fry corn tortillas until crispy and golden.
Assemble tacos
Fill crispy shells with beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Serve with sauce
Drizzle cilantro lime sauce over tacos and serve immediately.
