Layered Fruit Salad
A stunning layered fruit salad featuring fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and mango drizzled with a honey-lemon-mint dressing that creates its own beautiful syrup as it rests.

Dressing
honey (liquid)
60 ml
lemon juice (fresh)
30 ml
fresh mint leaves (fresh, chopped)

Instructions
Prepare strawberries
Slice strawberries and arrange them as the bottom layer in a clear glass bowl or trifle dish.
Add blueberries
Layer fresh blueberries evenly over the strawberries.
Add pineapple
Layer pineapple chunks over the blueberries.
Add grapes
Add halved grapes as the next layer.
Add mango
Top with mango chunks as the final fruit layer.
Prepare dressing
Mix honey, lemon juice, and chopped mint leaves in a small bowl until well combined.
Drizzle dressing
Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing evenly over the top mango layer.
Rest and serve
Allow salad to rest for 10 minutes so strawberries can release natural sugars into the dressing. When ready to serve, invert onto a serving bowl.
