Prepare the dough
Mix flour, yeast, salt, water and olive oil in a bowl until a soft dough forms.

Rest the dough
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Shape the mini pizzas
Divide the dough into two equal balls. Flatten each ball into a 15 cm circle directly in a small pan.

Add toppings
Spread tomato sauce on each dough base, then sprinkle mozzarella and add pepperoni slices.

Cook the pizzas
Drizzle with olive oil and cook covered on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the bottom is golden.
