Sesame Soy Marinated Salmon Poke Bowl

Bowl Ingredients
lettuce leaves
100 g
cooked rice (cooked)

edamame beans (cooked)

avocado

Instructions
Marinate the salmon
Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and rice vinegar. Add salmon cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the bowl base
Arrange lettuce leaves at the bottom of serving bowls. Add a layer of cooked rice on top.
Add toppings and serve
Top with cooked edamame, sliced avocado, and chopped tomato. Drain marinated salmon slightly and place on top. Serve immediately.
