No-Bake Kinder Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
chocolate biscuits (crushed)
200 g
butter (melted)
80 g
Filling
cream cheese (softened)
500 g
whipping cream (cold)
200 ml
powdered sugar
80 g
Kinder chocolate (melted)
100 g
gelatin (bloomed)
10 g
Topping
Kinder chocolate (chopped)
50 g
Instructions
Prepare the crust
Crush chocolate biscuits and mix with melted butter to form the base.
Assemble crust in pan
Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
Bloom gelatin
Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of warm water and let it bloom.
Prepare filling
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in melted Kinder chocolate and bloomed gelatin.
Whip cream
Whip cold whipping cream to soft peaks.
Combine filling
Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate-cheese mixture.
Fill and chill
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate until set.
Add topping and serve
Top with chopped Kinder chocolate before serving.
