Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Alfredo Sauce
unsalted butter

garlic cloves (minced)

heavy cream
1 cup
milk
1 cup
grated parmigiano reggiano (grated)
1 cup

Instructions
Season the chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika and oregano.
Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden and cooked through.
Prepare garlic
Mince garlic cloves for the Alfredo sauce.
Make Alfredo sauce
Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and milk, then bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated parmesan until melted and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble lasagna
Layer cooked chicken, lasagna noodles and Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Repeat layers and finish with cheese on top.
Bake lasagna
Bake assembled lasagna in a preheated oven until bubbly and golden on top.
Rest and serve
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
