Prepare vegetables

Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut cucumber into thick slices, tomatoes into wedges, thinly slice red onion, and cut bell pepper into strips.

Mix the salad

In a large bowl, combine all chopped vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano. Gently toss to coat evenly.
