Greek Salad with Feta
Classic Greek salad with fresh vegetables, olives, feta cheese, and a simple olive oil dressing.

Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut cucumber into thick slices, tomatoes into wedges, thinly slice red onion, and cut bell pepper into strips.
Mix the salad
In a large bowl, combine all chopped vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano. Gently toss to coat evenly.
Add toppings and serve
Top the salad with pitted Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese. Serve immediately.
Storage
Best consumed fresh. If storing, add feta and dressing just before serving to prevent sogginess.
Notes
• Authentic Greek salad doesn't use lettuce. Adjust olive oil to taste.
• Optional: add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra brightness.
