Banana Bread Blondies

Instructions
Preheat and Prepare
Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Mash Bananas
Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Mix Wet Ingredients
Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until combined.
Add Dry Ingredients
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined. Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
Bake Blondies
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool and Cut
Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
