Instructions

Mash the banana
Peel and mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Add peanut butter and syrup
Add peanut butter and agave syrup to the mashed banana and mix well.

Add dry ingredients
Add ground almonds, oat flour, vanilla protein powder (if using), vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Form the balls
Roll the dough into 12 small balls with your hands.

Melt and coat with chocolate
Melt the chocolate and dip or drizzle each ball. Place on parchment paper to set.
