Easy Greek Salad with Lettuce
A fresh and crunchy Greek salad with crisp romaine, juicy tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and creamy feta, tossed in a bright homemade Greek dressing.

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Chop the vegetables
Wash and chop romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and thinly slice red onion.
Prepare the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt and black pepper.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, crumbled feta and drained chickpeas.
Dress and serve
Drizzle the Greek dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
Storage
Best served fresh. Store undressed components separately if preparing ahead.
