Boil the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orecchiette until al dente.

Prepare the sauce
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add tomato passata to the pan with garlic and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
