Prepare the filling

Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until just combined.

Set up a steamer over a pot of gently boiling water. Ensure your baking dish fits inside with lid closed.

Briefly dip each wrapper in water for 1-2 seconds, then arrange 6 wrappers per layer, overlapping to cover the bottom.
