Mix dry ingredients

In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cacao powder and a pinch of salt.

Add liquids and mix

Pour in the plant milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and espresso shot. Stir until everything is well combined.

Prepare yogurt topping

In a small bowl, mix yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.

Divide the oat mixture into jars or containers. Top each portion with the yogurt mixture and dust with cacao powder. Refrigerate overnight.
