chicken breasts (cubed)

rice (soaked, washed)

Instructions
Prepare the chicken
Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and combine with spices and sauces.
Prepare the rice
Soak rice for 1 hour, then wash thoroughly.
Cook the rice
Add spices to oil, then rice and water. Bring to boil and simmer covered.
Rest the rice
Turn off heat and let rice rest covered for 20-30 minutes.
Cook the chicken
Fry spiced chicken cubes in a pan until cooked through and lightly charred.
Assemble and serve
Spoon rice into bowls, top with chicken and serve hot.
