XXL Ground Meat Çökertme Kebab
Ingredients
Meat Sauce
ground beef (raw)
200 g
green bell pepper (raw, diced)

tomato (grated)

sunflower oil (liquid)

salt (dry)

chili flakes (dry)

tomato paste (paste)

Potatoes
large potatoes (raw, julienned)

Topping
garlic yogurt (plain, garlic added)

Instructions
Cook the meat sauce
Fry ground beef in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes, then add finely diced green bell pepper and cook until the meat releases its juices.
Add tomatoes and spices
Add grated tomato, tomato paste, salt, and chili flakes. Simmer on low heat until the mixture thickens.
Prepare and fry potatoes
Cut potatoes into matchstick-thin strips and deep-fry in plenty of oil until golden and crisp.
Assemble and serve
Arrange fried potatoes on a serving plate, drizzle with garlic yogurt, then top with the meat sauce and serve immediately.
