Prepare vegetables
Slice bell pepper and chilli pepper into thin strips.

Cook noodles
Boil noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain.

In a bowl combine gochujang paste, soy sauce and a splash of water.

Stir-fry vegetables
Heat olive oil in a wok and stir-fry bell pepper and chilli for 3 minutes.
