Prepare fruit puree

Blend strawberries and blueberries with orange and carrot juice until completely smooth.

Bloom gelatin

Sprinkle gelatin over 60ml cold water in a small bowl and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Heat fruit mixture

Pour fruit puree into a small saucepan, add honey, and heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.

Combine with gelatin

Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a small baking dish lined with parchment paper.
