Smash Burger Tacos
Crispy flour tortillas topped with juicy smashed beef patties, melted American cheese, fresh toppings and a tangy special sauce — the ultimate fusion of burger and taco.

Instructions
Prepare special sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Form beef balls
Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
Press beef into tortillas
Place each beef ball on a flour tortilla and press to flatten slightly.
Smash and cook
Place tortilla meat-side down on a hot dry skillet at 200°C. Press firmly and cook until meat is nearly done.
Flip and add cheese
Flip each taco, add a slice of American cheese on top and cook until tortilla is golden and crispy and cheese is melted.
Top and serve
Top each taco with shredded lettuce, pickles and special sauce. Serve immediately.
