thick Greek yoghurt or skyr (thick)

Mix chia pudding ingredients

Combine Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, salt and maple syrup in a bowl.

Add a splash of milk if you prefer a thinner consistency

Refrigerate chia pudding

Cover and refrigerate the chia mixture for 2-3 hours to thicken.

Prepare yoghurt layer

Mix 70g yoghurt with 1 tsp maple syrup.

Gently melt 20-25g dark chocolate until smooth and pourable.
