Instructions
Mix cookies and milk
Crush 4 Oreo cookies and mix with hot milk until smooth.
Add dry ingredients
Stir in sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.
Add center cookie
Place 1 whole Oreo cookie in the center of the batter.
Add chocolate topping
Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top of the batter.
Microwave the cake
