No-Bake Brownie Batter Bars
Vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free no-bake treats
Rich, fudgy no-bake brownie bars made with peanut butter, almond flour, and maple syrup, topped with a glossy chocolate layer and flaky sea salt.

Brownie Batter
creamy peanut butter (creamy)

maple syrup
95 ml
coconut oil (melted, cooled)

vanilla extract

cocoa powder (unsweetened)

almond flour

mini vegan chocolate chips (mini)

sea salt

Chocolate Topping
chocolate chips

coconut oil
10 ml
flaky sea salt (flaky)

Instructions
Prepare baking sheet
Line a quarter baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, melted & cooled coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add dry ingredients
Add in the almond flour. Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl, and add a pinch of salt. Mix to incorporate.
Fold in chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips.
Shape batter
Transfer the brownie batter to your prepared baking sheet and pack it down using a spatula and your hands into a rectangle-ish shape about 1/4-1/2 inch thick.
Melt chocolate topping
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in your microwave in 15 second increments, stirring between intervals until completely glossy and smooth.
Top with chocolate
Pour melted chocolate on top of the brownie batter and smooth until even, over the entire surface area of the brownie batter.
Add salt and freeze
Add flaky salt on top and place in the freezer to set for about 30mins or until the chocolate has hardened.
Slice and serve
Slice into bars, and enjoy!
