Instructions
Prepare the fries
Cut potatoes into fries and cook until golden and crispy.
Caramelize the onions
Slowly cook sliced onions until golden and sweet.
Cook the ground meat
Brown the ground meat in a hot pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Melt the cheese
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the cooked ground meat and let it melt.
Make the Mac sauce
Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, caramelized onions, water, and spices until smooth.
Assemble the bowls
Layer shredded lettuce, cheesy meat, caramelized onions, diced tomatoes, crispy fries, and sliced pickles in bowls. Drizzle with homemade Mac sauce.
