Instructions
Prepare the cookie base
Arrange Biscoff cookies in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt marshmallows and butter
Microwave mini marshmallows and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Spread marshmallow mixture
Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cookies and spread evenly.
Melt white chocolate and cookie butter
Microwave white chocolate chips and cookie butter in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Add chocolate topping
Spread the melted white chocolate mixture over the marshmallow layer.
Add garnish
Sprinkle with broken Biscoff cookies and marshmallow bits.
Chill to set
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until completely set.
Cut and serve
Slice or break into pieces and enjoy.
