Instructions

Prepare ingredients

Slice beef thinly against the grain. Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces and prepare the sauce.

Mix the sauce

Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Heat the wok

Heat wok over high heat until smoking hot.

Cook the beef

Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Cook the vegetables

Add garlic and ginger to the wok, then vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
