One Pot Creamy Beef Pasta

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Grate the parmesan cheese.
Brown the beef
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Sauté aromatics
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot with the beef. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
Cook the pasta in sauce
Add milk, cream, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir in the dry pasta. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Finish and serve
Remove from heat. Stir in grated parmesan until melted and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
