Prepare ingredients

Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Grate the parmesan cheese.

Brown the beef

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot with the beef. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
