Wild Garlic Yogurt Flatbread

all-purpose flour

plain yogurt

baking powder

wild garlic

Instructions
Prepare wild garlic
Finely chop the fresh wild garlic leaves.
Mix the dough
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, yogurt, olive oil and chopped wild garlic. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead and rest
Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface, then divide into 4 equal pieces and shape into balls. Let rest covered for 10 minutes.
Roll out flatbreads
On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough ball into a thin round about 15 cm in diameter.
Cook the flatbreads
Heat a dry pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side until golden spots appear and the bread puffs slightly.
