Chicken Tikka Kati Rolls

Chicken Marinade
chicken breast (cubed)

plain yogurt

lemon juice

ginger (minced)

red onion (sliced)

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
Marinate the chicken
Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Prepare the vegetables
Thinly slice the red onion and cucumber. Chop the cilantro and mint.
Assemble the rolls
Warm the tortillas. Spread yogurt on each tortilla, add cooked chicken tikka, sliced onion, cucumber, and fresh herbs. Roll tightly and serve.
